The most important thing was that at every visit I felt he took his time to explain the different procedures and "the next steps". I recently had an appointment and my prescription changed. I got my new glasses and wore them a couple of weeks. Something was just not quite right with the Prescription so I returned to have the RX checked. They worked me in to see the Doctor within two days. She helped me get into the right RX and had the staff send out for my new RX right away. I had also ordered RX sunglasses. I was so thankful that Horwitz Vision Center and Doctor were going to make sure I had the correct glasses, at no additional cost for the new lenses or the second eye exam, as my insurance would not have covered it. I will never even think of going anywhere else to get my eyes taken care of. Bar none, these folks will take care of you and appreciate your business!
