His staff members are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. His office is clean, yet cozy and welcoming. He got me in and out so quickly for a same day appointment (about 2 hours total including a minor procedure) and has completely resolved my issue. As another medical professional, I was truly so impressed and satisfied with his services. He even gave me his cell number for after hours issues! I’m telling you guys, he is the genuine article. I also had some facial contouring with a couple different fillers and I am very pleased. Not cheap but considerably less expensive than the Seattle area. I probably won't get to vacation in AZ again anytime soon =)”

“I have never felt more like a have found family in a business! These instructors really care about the kids, they go above and beyond to make sure we succeed. The environment is so comfortable, everyone is friendly, not just some ALL of the staff is very warm and inviting. BUT, all at the same time they are teaching the kids to have some respect and discipline. It can be expensive, but I definitely feel like they are worth the cost. Hopefully I can put both my children through all the way to black bell here.”

“I had pink eye and needed a doctor quickly. I was pleased to find this office had an opening. I was seen by a PA who was cordial and professional. He explained my condition and how to treat it well. Office is a little hard to find because it is part of a sports therapy facility, but it is spacious and clean. (Some more visible signage indicating it is Dr. Charochak's office would be helpful.) Staff was efficient and helpful.”

She corrected some unevenness from previous cut and she cut my hair better than ever! She asked me the perfect questions to help figure out my style and even made sure my beard blended to the length of my hair.
