“To give you a little background of my situation I have been with my husband for seven years and married for three. We have been through a lot together. My biggest challenge has been stepparenting. Up until my daughters teenage years it has been easy raising her together. I have been 100% dedicated since I walked into my husbands life. My biggest challenge when she was younger was her mother. But now that she’s a teen and we have been trying to teach accountability chores and being respectful in a kind way it has been a bit of a challenge. My husband has always felt the need to compete with his ex-wife . Because he has always wanted to be the chosen one if it ever came down to it. I went along with this plan from the age 5 to when she became a teenager I started to realize that we were not doing a good thing. Even though she was polite respectful kind when she was younger she receive a lot of things. My husband and I would always have a fun weekend plan the second she got in the car and the motto was what She wants she gets. Since then we have had our own son and we have also had a challenge with being quiet certain times during the day. She has become very resentful towards me because I have been having to redirect her a lot. We have also been challenged with chores because she wanted to be paid and we wanted to teach her the ins and outs of saving money so she can spend it on things that she wants. This hasn’t been easy because when she chooses not to do her chores she doesn’t get paid and when she doesn’t get paid she becomes angry which is natural. But my husband and I have not seen either I about discipline. So with that being said receipt out canceling. I heard about Clark through a close friend. We had been to counseling before pretty much about the same thing about a year ago and the counselor I went to did not help me she made me feel like I was being abusive and then I wasn’t a good stepmom and I know that I am. Clark has an amazing way of helping both of us out without making us feel like he is taking sides. He has referred reading material to us that we have been reading when we can and has given us different techniques for better communication tools. We have come so far in a short while . Although we still have our mishaps which any couple would trying to fix things I feel like he has helped our marriage out more in the last four visits than anyone else or even ourselves. I would highly suggest any married couple going to Clark for counseling. He is kind generous empathetic And he is a very good listener. He isn’t like a lot of counselors I have experienced before marriage and after marriage falling asleep while you were talking and he is very engaged in what you were saying. He never feel like he is bored or that he wants to leave when he is listening to your situation. He has a wonderful comfortable office couches to get snuggled up on in blankets to keep warm tissues right by your side just in case you need them which I always do. So know that if you were looking for marriage counseling you are in the right spot I hope you have the best experience just like we have had. Things are still tough with my teen but my husband and I are communicating so much better and we are able to handle the challenges together most of the time.”

“We have been going to Keystone for 2 years now and absolutely love it. My son sees Dr Randahl and she has been so helpful with all things baby/kids. I also see her for my own stuff and she has helped my family tremendously. We moved out of state last year but continue to use them virtually. All of the staff is so friendly! So grateful that we found Keystone and highly recommend it! They are very reasonably priced for a natural doctor and we love that they have an affordable monthly membership!”

“Katie is the best! She was so thorough and made me feel comfortable. She walked me through the process and I never once felt pressured to do more and add on services that weren’t needed. As a first time client my experience was amazing. I’m so excited to see my results in 2 weeks!”

“Joy was wonderful and loving. Therence was equally kind and very helpful with planning and paperwork. The food was home cooked; the room was private; the price was reasonable. Marilyn Krouse of Senior Services Network helped us find this great place for Mark! Don't ever call "A Place for Mom"; they will e-mail you a list of 100 and offer no guidance at all.”

“Not sure why they have a bad rating. The optometrist (I forgot his name, sorry) took his time with me and answered all my questions. While looking for frames, Sara took her time and made me feel all my choices were the right ones. I never felt rushed and she made sure that I felt comfortable with all of my decisions before moving to the next step. I received my glasses and feel great with my decision to choose this store. Thanks to the staff for a great experience!”

“I came across lift & thrive randomly and decided to check it out. Being new to the state and finding all my "new spots" has proven to be a challenge. However, making the decision to peel myself outta bed at 4:15 AM to give it a "try" was hands down the BEST decision. the 5:00 a.m. crew is phenomenal, the coaching staff is on point ++plus with free nutritional support included in the monthly membership how do you even say no? They offer Olympic lifting, strongman along with Crossfit and kids are welcome which is huge ( mom of twins here) I love being in a family-friendly environment. My daughter tried out the kids class and she said she wants to keep coming too. I'm really happy I found this place only a month in and I'm already seeing changes in my weight and strength. Everyone is super friendly, inviting and willing to help. I felt at home immediately. HUGE kudos to the ownership because the vibe flows from the top down that means great owners- JoJo one of the coaches even encouraged me to commit to a competition. It was a fun way to push myself and meet more cool peeps. Are you are looking for something different, something genuine? Then you need to come check this place out and when you do PLEASE tell them Toni sent you 💪💪🇺🇸 Stay strong Lift heavy”
