“I was having a difficult time with the paint I had purchased to paint a desk. I had purchased the paint at a different paint store. The color wasn't right. The paint my color consultant had suggested to me initially was a Sherwin-Williams, however, I decided to go a cheaper route. Eric Sunday was working when I went into Sherwin-Williams that day. Eric listened to my problem and assisted me with correcting the problem and was very friendly and accomodating. He made my day! The batch he processed for me worked and he gave me a great discount. I was not expecting such service. As a result, I have been back to get the paint to put on my walls and will continue to go to Sherwin-Williams for all my future paint and paint tools.”

“Loved the experience of being in the clinic. However I will warn that if you move states it's almost impossible go get your records from these people. I've given several working emails to receive the release papers I need to get my kids records. I even had other people email me to make sure all emails were in fact working. I received all of them . Then I had the kids new pediatrician send a release over. They refuse to release them to that clinic. When I ask to get another email sent to me. They say yes of course and I still haven't received one. This shouldn't be this difficult. Other clinics got me their records within a week. No excuses. I've been trying for 3 months ! And now my kid might not be able to start school in a week because of how unhelpful staff has been. Update: Esmaralda helped me solve my issue and I have already received my children's records so they will start school on time.”

This facilities approach and warmth to its clients allows for hope and growth, and ones desire for progress (not perfection). I made some life along friends from my time in Soba and they have continued to be there when I needed them the most. Recovery isn't easy but there is certain (steps) you can take to making it easier. “We just moved my 87 year old mother here- I have so many positive things to say about Brookdale East. The staff is very caring. The facility is lovely and smells clean- it's tastefully decorated and the grounds are nicely kept. There are 4 separate "neighborhoods" (that connect together if residents want to stroll around) and in each small neighborhood the residents eat dinner together like a family in a smaller dining room. They give mom her space; just enough care to still feel independent & in control of what she wants. They don't force anything on her that she doesn't want to do and we appreciate that cuz she's feisty lol. Also I'd like to add that despite the nursing shortage going on across the country right now, Brookdale East Mesa appears to be fully staffed at this time which is impressive.”

“Just so far above and beyond all other dentists I have been to. I went based on a friends referral. I didn't like what my previous dentist told me about a cracked crown. He said I would loose the tooth. Dr Payne said I only needed to replace the crown and he was very reasonable in his pricing. The new crown fits perfectly, better than my other ones! Staff were all very nice and even make for a fun environment!”
