“I struggled for years feeling like I was stuck drowning with no way out until I got my hormones tested and realized everything I thought was wrong in fact wasnt it at all. I felt like someone else was in control of my body pressing all the wrong buttons. I didnt feel like me. I wasnt ever taught or educated on the impact hormones can have.
