“My kids had Dr. Patel since 2002 unfortunately I switched them to a different PCP a few years ago do to the long wait and scheduling issues at this locatin. At that time the front staff were so rude and unprofessional. Now we recently changed back to Dr. Patel I have NOT been able to find a great!! PCP like him. I was struggling to find a great PCP for my kids. We are excited to share that we had to come back to him. Don't get me wrong the wait is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Up to 3 hours wait in this facility!! I guess Dr. Patel is worth the wait ? it shouldn't be that long of a wait. We LOVE LOVE Dr. PATEL”

Jonathan has a “no problems only solutions” kind of mentality and I appreciate that 10000% he and Jose worked as a team to help resolve my issue 15 minutes before closing. Instead of grunting, they both helped me with open arms. I’ve gone to all the autozones in the area, but this is my first time at this one. The rest don’t compare by miles to the service here.
