“I had a chubby older lady at sevice desk that didn't know anything about garden area or pricing. Just wanted some stuff dropped off at my house. I guess they don't keep prices at desk or she was to lazy to look it up. I knew what brick and the price by the square foot but she said she needed it by the brick? She seemed confused. If u work the service desk u should have knowledge of the whole store so u can actually help people. Very annoyed i had to do her job for her.”

“Long, TL;DR at end. So this job was about 5 months ago. I'm a pretty capable handyman, enough so that it's rare for me hire out for personal residential work. That being said, I know when something is beyond my experience/ability and needs a professional. Needed a 40 year old gate valve replaced, it was the house main valve and way too close to the wall for my amateur soldering skills. J&H came in with a very fair price to replace with a ball valve, especially when compared to a couple of price-gouging "big name" companies that you see on TV and hear squawking on the radio. Tech comes out, does the work as quoted based on MY description, even though he had to go to the supply store for a fitting (no extra labor charge). Pay the man, we part ways. Nice guy, made sure to tip a little. After curing 24 hours, cue a pinhole leak in a fitting for the irrigation branch line. It can happen to anyone, if I'd have done it half of them woulda leaked and with triple the time involved. No big. Call 'em, they schedule for NEXT day to fix. Tech comes out, takes a long look at it, and I guess calls the Boss. Boss isn't a manager or a supervisor, he's the OWNER! Owner calls me (I'm not home, didn't need to be, valve is outside) and explains that the house has actually been plumbed wrong since originally built in 1978! He talks me through it. Makes sense. Okay, cue the price gouge, right? WRONG! He wants to fix it up to CURRENT code and ASKS me to pay just for the Backflow preventer (apparently at his price, part was 15% more anywhere I looked online) and he covers the labor and all other materials to replumb the whole setup. He was ready to eat the entire project cost to get it right! What?! I know what a skilled tradesman costs a company to employ, they definitely didn't make any money here. Job kinda blew up in their face but they didn't hesitate to absolutely go nuclear on making it right. I'm not wasting time calling anyone else for the next job, they've earned my trust. TL;DR - This company is timely, communicative, has fair prices, and an almost fanatical commitment to doing the job right.”

“We just had Sawmill Cabinets design and install new cabinets for our kitchen. This was such a seamless process. Joey drew up a beautiful kitchen design for us that was functional and well as visually stunning. We have a smaller kitchen, so we tried to fit all the things in. We went into the showroom and also choose cabinet/drawer pulls from one of their vendors so Sawmill installed all the pulls as well, which was very helpful. We chose floating shelves which turned out amazing. Joey as well as his installers were so professional and did fantastic work. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.”

“This place is great. I think the merchandise is better than you find at other thrifts here in town, i.e. zippers not broken, buttons not missing. Clothing is not "overused". Mondays are great. Everything in the store is 1/2 off. Google search says it's located at Superstition Springs, however, it's about a mile south of Superstition Mall at SW corner of Baseline and Power rds.”

“From the outside this almost looks like you should drive by, but don't. Very nice selection of styles and price ranges. Sharon greeted us when we arrived, but there was no hovering or pressure. Found a bedroom set we really liked, but thought we'd check out a local warehouse store first. The other furniture store couldn't complete on price for the quality. Went back and purchased the set. Delivery went very well. We noticed a small chip in one of the pieces. Delivery person took a picture and we had a replacement within an hour. Selection, price, and service. They had it all.”

“Just dropped into this little furniture store and am pretty impressed. For one, the furniture is top quality. For two, the prices are way fair. But here's the part that is really impressive. There's no sales pressure because all the pieces of furniture have a tag on them that if you have a smartphone and you either scan QR code or hold your phone up to it it automatically opens it up. From there you can choose different options, different colors, different Fabrics, you can even have it custom made to whatever measurements you request. The software is pretty intuitive. And if you add an item to the cart, and add another it automatically discounts. Add another it discounts it further. I can't believe how smooth the process works. This is definitely where shopping is going in the future. No pressure convenient and simple. Smart.”

We may sell and so we wanted new carpet but with a price & quality compromise. Baker Brothers had exactly what we needed. Customer service was immediate, friendly and helpful. All of our questions were answered and there was no push back or hesitation when we asked for a ball park estimate using our own "unofficial" room measurements. We scheduled for their tech to come out and measure professionally. We're pleased again. Could not be more pleased with our recent experience at Baker Bros. Two years ago we had our family room tiled and now we want to expand the tile into two adjacent small areas. Will be self-installing. Decided to order the tile now just in case the style is discontinued before we are ready to install. From first contact to last, the communication was quick, professional and friendly. So was the experience when the call came in that the tile was ready for pick-up and I drove to the Baseline Rd location. We were surprised to learn just how many products Baker Bros offers, including counter tops. The showroom is large, roomy, bright and fun to walk through for ideas.”
