“I've been here close to a year and have never had any issues. Maintenance requests can be made online, I can pay rent online, and they even have a texting phone number that you can text and they'll text you back. Alexa in the front office is just the absolute best and always following up when I do have maintenance requests. Located in the middle of three different highways, lots of stuff around. Everyone in the office is ALWAYS willing to help out and work with me. The pool area is really well kept up and nice. All in all, I really do like this complex and everyone in the office.”

“Lived here for 2 years and it was great, until the interior and exterior of the apartment started to reveal poor installation of hardware and carpeting. It's my understanding they have more renovated units now however. Definitely get a renovated one if possible! I also find it annoying that they painted the exterior a nice fresh color but did not come back and do the finer details so as you get closer it looks terrible as spots are missing and lines are not straight. Additionally, within the past month, communication with the front office has been extremely poor both via phone call and email. The same goes for reaching maintenance- it's virtually impossible. I'm not sure what happened because they used to be super responsive. Possibly new management in the office? Disappointing for sure considering my experience had been a 4/5 here, but poor communication and poor quality knocks that down some. UPDATE: Rhonda, the new manager, called and explained how the office was transitioning new staff in and apologized for the delay in communication. I appreciated her reaching out and being very responsive once she was aware. Looks like the contracters have also been making the appropriate updates to the grounds with new signage and painting! Hoping for a smooth move-out!”

“I moved in here November of 2020, the process was very easy. They allowed me to pay my deposit early which was great. Move in was easy, and the ladies in the office have been amazing. They help me withe everything I need and QUICKLY. The longest I've waited for an email reply is 5 minutes. The ladies are on top of things, its a quiet CLEAN complex. No dog poop, no loud noises. The quality of the apartments are worth the price, and all the neighbors are so nice. I will update my review after living here longer but so far, I love it.”
