“Went to see about maybe upgrading to a bigger unit or just more for my money. The current place I am at is way to pricey for nothing bigger than a closet. Considering the fact I was only window shopping and not sure if I was gonna actually get a unit I didn't expect the treatment I got. The manager was the nicest person I've seen in customer service in a long time. Marissa was so helpful and very informative. She definitely helped me make my decision of planning my move in next month. I was shocked at the amount I will be saving by moving my stuff here. It was nice to see a happy smiling face and was so eager to make sure I was happy with everything!!! I would definitely recommend this place. Can't wait to make the move. It's hard to get good customer service nowadays but Marissa really made me feel welcome and it was genuine . I went in to drop off my ring to be resized (which I am currently waiting on), as well as getting my my husband's ring cleaned. Jaivyen was extremely friendly throughout the entire exchange (which only took about 10 minutes in total, because he also provided fast and efficient service), he took the time to speak with me about my day and displayed phenomenal customer care and attentiveness. Unfortunately in the current world that we live in, there are many people who no longer value customer appreciation. However, today that was not the case. My husband was also very impressed with the way in which he cleaned the ring, and stated that it looked brand new!”

Dave (hopefully I'm remembering the name correctly) was super helpful through the whole process, going into detail on how to get around the building and getting me all set up, which was such a blessing for a storage unit newbie like me! He even went out of his way to run around and make sure my code was working on the garage doors (thankfully he did because we had to try a different code) and also went up with me to my locker to show me how my strange lock worked! I can't recommend them enough!! Great people and a very nice indoor facility, really how can you ask for more?”

“Very nice facility 12 ' wide slips and very high covered roof. 14'8" to the lowest point under cover. Remote access from you cell phone is an awesome benefit and all spaces are at approximately 30°angle for easier parking. The staff were very helpful and energetic about there business. Though a little out of my way to get there but will worth it. It is a bit pricey but excellent facilities do come at a price.”

“Around where I live there’s not a smoke shop nearby. Really within 25-30 miles. I was approached by DollarBlazeClub on Twitter and informed of their services. To their (and my) benefit I just so happened to be down to 1 Raw cone. So I figured I’d give them a shot and ordered the FreeBlazing Freestyle bundle. Well it came in the mail yesterday after really a short waiting time considering they ship flammables. 4-5 days from order to delivery. Not bad at all. Now about the product itself. I’m pretty sure we can all vouch for the quality of a Bic lighter by now, which is what they send. But the cones that they send are so so so much better than anything I can purchase “local”. I’ve never had a Raw that didn’t run like Usain Bolt, the ones provided did not and as a medical (and recreational if were honest) user it is much appreciated. Overall, even if I did have a smoke shop down the road from me, I’d still order from these guys. A1 job. Not to mention the customer service has been some of if not the best I’ve experienced. And in this day and age, that’s got to count for something. Good, honest people.”
