“UPDATE JAN 18. We're back. This time for carpet. No junk sold here. Good quality name brands with the latest tech materials and treatments. Something for every need and every budget. We may sell and so we wanted new carpet but with a price & quality compromise. Baker Brothers had exactly what we needed. Customer service was immediate, friendly and helpful. All of our questions were answered and there was no push back or hesitation when we asked for a ball park estimate using our own "unofficial" room measurements. We scheduled for their tech to come out and measure professionally. We're pleased again. Could not be more pleased with our recent experience at Baker Bros. Two years ago we had our family room tiled and now we want to expand the tile into two adjacent small areas. Will be self-installing. Decided to order the tile now just in case the style is discontinued before we are ready to install. From first contact to last, the communication was quick, professional and friendly. So was the experience when the call came in that the tile was ready for pick-up and I drove to the Baseline Rd location. We were surprised to learn just how many products Baker Bros offers, including counter tops. The showroom is large, roomy, bright and fun to walk through for ideas.”

I liked the old style better and the advertising on the freezer doors is very distracting but I especially loved the quirky dude at the register. He ordered his own plaque ...introducing himself...and placed it beside the register. He also would tell you a fun titanic trivia fact if you donated to the aids cause. Wow it's individuals like this who make me return to cookie cutter corporations. He was a diamond in the rough. I wish I could see who the person he's going to be in the future .. I know this is a weird review...its supposed to be about Walgreens instead of an employee that stood out and was an individual... I returned there just to see if he still worked there but only saw him there that one time. For the universes sake i hope these individuals keep the world spinning cuz it's too boring out there otherwise. “Perfect experience, top to bottom. Nick at the nursery was unbelievably helpful in helping us with 3 fruit trees that we were looking for. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. On the day of the plant, Cesar and his team were also absolutely awesome. They found a broken irrigation hose where one of the trees was going to be planted and promptly fixed it for me. His watering instructions were thorough and easy to follow, and his team, and himself, were professional and super efficient. All in all, a true A+ experience. I'm hesitant to use chains, but I could not be happier with how everything turned out. Employees like these need to be retained and paid higher for there talent, they are the reason why I will continue using moon valley, and recommending moon valley to everyone I know.
