All repairs were done in a timely manner and high quality materials were used. “After returning from being out of town, we found the tank on our water softener had cracked. Water was leaking onto the floor of our garage. We contacted the company that sold us the water softener 5 times by phone; two times by email. No response to assist with a tank replacement or to honor a warranty. We then contacted the installer company. They did visit our home twice but said they could not replace or reinstall since it was not a tank they sell. Then checked on line and found Integrity Water Systems was fairly close by and does handle the type of water softener we purchased. They came out the same day that I called, inspected and verified the issue. I asked for an estimate to replacement and they gave me a reasonable price that was $600 less than the prior installer. They said they could replace the softener within two days. However, Michele called me in less than a day and indicated they could do the replacement install in the next 2 hours. The replacement was completed quickly. They also found that the original installation was done improperly and lead to extra pressure on the tank causing it to crack. Thanks to Michele and Cody for getting this work done!! Would use Integrity again!”

“Nice CVS. Very friendly staff and the Pharmacy tries hard. They are BUSY. Only been a few times that there hasn't been at least some wait, but then again most places are these days. Text notices can be a tad frustrating i.e. you get a text that your RX is ready to pick up. You go to get 2 and only 1 is done. The other is tomorrow. Well if they told me that I would wait to get both tomorrow and save myself a trip. But that's not their fault. It's a fault in the technology from CVS so I'm not going to blame just this store. IMO They should push CVS for a fix though....”
