“My mom ordered me a basket as a surprise and wanted it delivered to my apartment building. They were accommodating and tried to deliver it as late in the day as they could, per my mom's request. When the basket showed as delivered, I had not received it. I called the company and it turns out that the wrong address had been entered during checkout and my basket had been delivered to someone else's apartment. The company was very kind, patient, and understanding even though this mistake was not caused on their end. They even offered to remake the basket for me! Thankfully I was able to knock on my neighbor's door and they had the basket untouched waiting for me. Beautiful basket and amazing customer service!! Thanks a million!”

“I bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse from these guys and they’ve gone above and beyond for me! They took time to find a finance company that would work with me and They’re doing the timing chain (which is one of the main things that go wrong and destroy these cars) and I noticed the transmission fluid was a little old looking and they offered to flush it for me! They also offered to check out the motor mounts for me since it’s a older car. These guys are amazing and super friendly”

“I am very happy with the service that Abe has given me when I went in the first time to get a subwoofer for my car. The subwoofer had a short fuse and gave out, but Abe was able to get me in fast, to get a better fuse put on and has been great ever since, and the service was done within less than 20 min. I went back to get better speakers put in the back and front, and let me tell you, it sounds phenomenal, and have been smiling since I left. “I have been a loyal customer for just over three years. Last week, my car overheated. I had it towed by AAA. The AAA driver assumed I would go to a AAA business for a 10% discount. I had him bring it to Red Mountain. It wasn't there until almost 5:00 pm. This business treats customers well. They provide great service, the staff is kind and respectful, and their prices are fair. Red Mountain Tire had my car fixed and back to me by the next afternoon. I clearly didn't have an appointment. I highly recommend this business.”

So Pray I can return when I get a saltwater tank / house for my future pet seahorses... Unfortunately I didn't see that saltwater specialty in the info or reviews. But ok, they directed me to another location nearby. On way there now, it's all good 'cause I just dropped off donations across street 😁”
