“If anyone is looking for an AV company I highly recommend Sound Effects. They 100 % showed me the ropes as having a "Smart Home" was completely foreign to me. There was so much trial and error on our family's part and Cory and his team were so patient and helpful to us! Everything they suggested for my home (which I thought I didn't need) ended up being things I could never live without now. Cory and the team have gone over and above the call of duty helping us get used to our new system and I cannot live without them being a phone call away. “We booked here for a week during our vacation. It was a great choice, the location is a short drive away from everything. Breakfast every morning. The pool is great, water temperature was always perfect. The only down side right now is you have to request things for your room, but its because of covid things that are still in place. Its a very simple process, you just have to make sure to get it downstairs. Our room faced the super bright billboard out front and the first night it was somewhat bothersome but after that we figured out how to get the curtains just right and we didn't mind it. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean. Updated. Has laundry, workout room, ice machine, pool etc everything you could need for a stay. Chris, the guy working the front desk the days we were there was so helpful and friendly. He always greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing. We had lots of questions being as we were from out of town, he always had great recommendations on both local attractions and restaurants. Sherry, she was one of the housekeepers and she was also fantastic. Anytime we needed something she was always on top of it, she was also extremely helpful and friendly.”

Jonathan has a “no problems only solutions” kind of mentality and I appreciate that 10000% he and Jose worked as a team to help resolve my issue 15 minutes before closing. “Dr. Alarcio saved my son. I am a former Childrens hospital employee (14 years) who worked on the neuro floor. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of compassion & interest in my sons health by other doctors/neurologists at Children's Hospital. He had an onset of involuntary movements that were aggressive & debilitating. Dr. Alarcio was our 2nd opinion & she knew right away what was going on. She knew he was also suffering. “I had an excellent experience with the tool rental department. Very kind and accommodating for my situation. I had rented both a sod cutter and rototiller. After getting the sod cutting done, I went to do the rotor tilling and discovered I have not watered the ground as much as I have thought I had. There was no way I was going to be able to rotor till. When I went to return the sod cutter and rototiller, I explained that I would need to re-rent the rototiller in a few days, and the person who received my return gave me a full credit on the rototiller rental. Super kind and very much appreciated!”
