“I called Alan's looking for a tow truck to tow my car to a different auto shop because it wouldn't start and my check your brake system lights came on... Describing what was happening over the phone I was told they thought maybe it was just the battery but the tow truck driver was a mechanic and would peek at it and make sure before he towed it. They drove out to my house in less than an hour checked it he decided it was just a battery jumped it for me only charged me the fee to to start it and I was able to get a new battery. So in the future I will be bringing my car to them I appreciate it that they saved me the money of having it towed.”

“Went to the TOCA office in mesa to see Dr Economopoulos for my knee. The reception office staff were pleasant and answered questions even though they were busy. Got taken to exam room at my appointed time. Doctor came in 5 minutes later. After greetings he sat down and asked me what was going on. First I liked the fact he came in himself instead of a PA who normally gathers info for doctors and passes it on. Second he was not looking at a file chart or computer monitor but looking at me and listening. He did not seemed rushed to get to the next patient. He told me my options and his recommendation. But in the end it was my decision and I did not feel pressured. The final staff member we met was just as pleasant and we had a few laughs. Go see him.”
