They took their time and answered every question I had before I even scheduled an appointment. That alone made me feel comfortable and confident in going with his practice. They were able to get me in with in a couple days, as this test is time sensitive. At my appointment I was warmly greeted by his front office, and then taken back right at appointment time. He then came in and introduced himself and explained the whole procedure in detail. He got started and it was over before I knew it, with only minimal discomfort.
