“I love this place and will not take my kids anywhere else as long as we reside in AZ. Unfortunately my child had quite a few cavities and needed to be put under anesthesia to take care of everything. They did not have an appointment for 3 months out due to how booked the anesthesiologist was. They called me 2 weeks later with an opening and we where able to get my daughters 12 cavities taken care of. The anesthesiologist made sure I was fully aware and informed of the process. The office manager was a pleasure to chat with while Dr.Schultz was working on my daughters teeth at 6AM. Unfortunately my spouse and myself where not educated properly on teeth care both as children ourselves and as parents taking care of our children’s teeth. Instead of making us feel like terrible parents, Dr. Schultz took the time to understand why our daughters teeth had so much damage and educated us to prevent this from happening with our son and again with our daughter. We will not be giving our kids so much apple juice or milk before bed and have really doubled down on a teeth brushing routine for them. If Dr.Schultz worked on adults I would be a loyal client of his. 10/10. 5 stars. Whatever scale you use to rate, Dr.Schultz and his team sit at the top of it. - Adam Fasulo”

“Oh my god I cannot thank these people enough! Idk how to spell her name I think it’s Camilia? And the other management lady (I can’t quite remember her name but I’ll update this the moment I contact them tomorrow) but long story short... I was with my sons and I ran out of gas, there was no automated system to activate my new card I just got yesterday and so I had no clue that when I called today that the CS would be in a meeting and couldn’t activate my card until the next day... These two beautiful woman from inside out, helped me out AFTER HOURS and were able to assist me on their own clock! When everyone else said I had to wait until the next day! All my money is on my account wth do I do?! But I gotta tell you, I’ve never seen such amazing CS and I’m shaking just talking about it because I almost was stranded with my sons with no gas not even money to keep my sons hydrated for it nothing. They were miracle workers. They may think it’s a small deed... but to myself and my family, it not only saved my sons, but it saved my job. It was about to turn into a huge tornado... but these people had integrity and took over that phone call, we even got disconnected and I didn’t expect a call back and next think you know I get a call from Camilia with a solution!! I could go on and on, but with all the problems I’ve had with FFB just with like company policies and stuff, this Mesa branch ALWAAAAYSSSSSS has me thanking them to the maximum extent. Best customer service I’ve experienced in my life. They’re like family. This is a branch (just Mesa) that is nearly impossible to get frustrated with due to their high quality customer support (Mesa branch) ! I definitely wish and hope that FFB as a community comes up with an automated system that we can use in case of emergency’s like activating our card so I wouldn’t have to get frustrated at any of the representatives because It’s not them I’m frustrated with... I work 8-5 and so I never catch them open and need an alternative option.... but all in all, you can see in my previous reviews I have only wrote one review and it was horrible service with a law firm... so this is my very first positive review I’ve written in my life, let alone wrote at all. I am willing to take any time out of my day just to write this excessively long essay on how Camilia and her manager are the best people to have on the FFB team.... AMAZING”

I chose the Mesa location as it was close to home. I walked in to schedule an appointment, however, they were willing and able to get me in right away! The office Is very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. My blood draw was quick with very little discomfort - which is a huge positive! Bonus - I didn't even bruise. “The people at this pharmacy are amazing, especially Tabitha and Elizabeth (Liz)! I went here the past two days in a row with a prescription for three different meds. Liz was awesome about remembering my details, looking for discounts, calling insurance companies, and just being downright friendly. Tabitha, the pharmacist, spent several minutes with me answering the twenty million questions I had about the meds (my doctor was not helpful), making me feel much better about everything. Both ladies are efficient, humorous, knowledgeable, and warm. I will definitely continue to use the Greenfield and Baseline Walmart pharmacy!”
