“Great business to work with! I have had a few pianos with My First Piano and they make the buying process very easy including reasonable shipping prices. They have a monthly payment program but be careful as you can end up just renting the piano for years and only the money from your "try it before you buy it" period will count towards your purchase price. There is some confusion on their website as one section says they have a monthly pay agreement at about 10% interest, then other parts of the site say u cant finance a piano. If confused, talk to the sales team and they are always helpful. Despite this bit I would definitely buy from them again.”

“Can't thank the staff enough! Have been in a bind on more than 1 occasion and every time they have gone above and beyond and been able to resolve the situations in my favor. They are extremely knowledgeable and instead of just explaining the laws in regards to what happened, they instead were trying to think creatively on how we could get charges completely dismissed (no other lawyer mentioned even the thought of having my case dismissed). They were able to relay outcomes and answer my tons of questions, and give me realistic optimism. When reviewing my situation with multiple lawyers, because it was quite complicated, I chose in favor of them because of this and the fact that they were able to answer in the middle of the night for advise, and then again gave me a full run down consultation before hiring them on. I was not disappointed at all. During the process the original offer was not something I believed was what I would accept, I explained the situation again and Vicky ultimately was able to get it done. Everything was completely dismissed in the end, every time without me even having to appear in a courtroom ! The staff are professional, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking. “The office is very clean and welcoming. From the very beginning, office visits are pleasant. Costs are always thoroughly explained up front and they offer some very reasonable payment options to help accommodate families that cannot pay upfront. I was able to get all four wisdom teeth out with some bone grafts, and was able to pay off the balance in 6 months when I didn't qualify for the credit line. Every professional there was friendly and took the time to talk through treatments with me, but also made my appointment efficient. There is hardly a wait time, as well. I'll be staying with this dentist permanently.”
