Scheduling was easy to accomplish and they were flexible with cancels (I usually called the morning of and only did it twice). If I scheduling didn't allow for me to meet with Ben, I met with another member of the staff and my care continued without interruption. “I have lived here for 10 years and it has not always been pleasant. Natasha and Brian have made a tremendous difference in a perfectly good way. I love working with them both. I was sad to hear Brian was no longer with us and very disappointed. He took care of everything perfectly awesome and always went the extra mile for us residents.
