COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Ever gone to a store where the employees don't want anything to do with you and can't get any service. We'll I experienced perfection, amazing customer service by Ralph and Jesse. I was in a pinch and needed to create a pattern to finish a shower job. This pattern was a special order from a marble supplier and would be 3 weeks out. I went to this store and walked around looking for some marble to recreate this pattern. Let me tell you Ralph & Jesse saw that I needed some help and stopped what they were doing to help. They got right on the task to help. Walking the whole store to help and find what was needed until we got perfection. Amazing service from these two guys. Floor and Decor would be lost without these two guys. Because others didn't even bother to ask if I needed help.

The store is clean, organized and well displayed! The staffs were super helpful. We had to find very specific stone tiles to match our existing floor. The matching tiles are no longer available in the size we needed so the team members here went out of their way to help us figure out a solution. Mr. Raymond Gager provided us tools and took the time to teach us how to cut and fix the tiles to the size we need.
So glad we came to this location!

We had a fantastic experience with Emily and Natalie at the Dallas location! Emily was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and provided insight and suggestions that made our project even better. She's a very valuable asset to your team! Natalie (mgr on the day we went) also provided great customer service. They were both friendly, efficient and you could tell they loved their jobs. It was a pleasure working with them both and we will be coming back soon for our next purchases!

This location is HUGE but not overwhelming thankfully! I loved the wide range of items per category and area. It was super easy to browse, price items and compare styles. Paula was amazing! She had a cart working on something else but saw us looking confused and asked if she could assist. She was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive as we only had a 1 hour break to look at 4 different categories for our home. She added everything to a quote and emailed us. We couldn’t decide on a few things so we purchased 7 samples to think about. She said we can return the sample in 90 days for a refund. Great policy! I did run into a not-so friendly associate Macy. We were trying to get to a particular area and she was leaning over lounging on a table and gave us an attitude and eye roll when we asked her to pass by. I was shocked by her behavior to a customer but Paula profusely apologized for her colleague. I did speak with her manager Alex as this is not acceptable especially towards a customer. We loved the location since it was easy to find off the highway, good parking, a restroom and even snacks! I’ll definitely be back.

We completely remodeled our office, Their design service is wonderful. Special shout out to our awesome designer Wendi. Not only did she visit our office but also did the measurements and ordered the tiles. The entire experience was seamless and efficient.
Will be back for my next project.
