JacksSon's Trailers- New River

I came in from out of state and Greg and his crew treated us very well. He communicated with me before I got there and even stayed late for me to look at a trailer. The transaction went as smooth as can be. No bait and switch like some other places. I will definitely be coming here for future purchases when we move here. Don’t waste your time elsewhere. Start here and you won’t be disappointed.

UPDATE - The customer service doesn’t stop after your purchase. My trailer came with a bad set of tires. Joe helped me through the process of warranty with Norstar. He was an advocate the whole way and was happy to help. Top notch guy in my book and would always recommend this trailer shop!

I was recently in search of a dealer and flatbed install for my 2024 F450. I called JacksSon's and was referred to the New River dealership. I made the call and was immediately impressed with the professional, yet personal, response. I drove to their location and was met with one of the best sales teams I have experienced. Greg, the sales person I dealt with remembered our conversation from 2 days prior, had all the information that I was going to need, then referred me to their person (Neo) who would actually do the installation of the bed. Neo is amazing. He spent 30 minutes going over my truck to make sure it could be done, informed me of possible difficulties that may arise, and finally, made sure I understood everything connected with the procedure.
The bed was ordered and now it was just a wait for it to arrive. When it came in, I was given a 2 day lead that it would arrive, along with the date I should bring my truck to them. I picked up the bed and had it painted, then returned it to them for the install.
They kept me posted as the work progressed, informed me of any issues, and asked me to drive to their location to make sure it was exactly what I wanted before completing the final steps.
There was one small hick-up during the process, but they quickly found a solution that satisfied all of us. It was a prefect solution.
The end result is amazing and I could not be happier with the outcome. Every person I spoke with at JacksSon's was confident, knowledgeable, personal, and professional. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the work is absolutely outstanding. Neo's attention to detail and desire to build the best possible truck is unmatched and incredible.
I highly recommend using JacksSon's for any bed install or purchase of any kind. You will not be disappointed.

Great place to shop for a trailer that meets your needs. Huge variety! Jeremy was excellent and well educated. Extremely helpful in narrowing down the size and style I needed. I was looking for a good sized enclosed trailer to store my quads and a tractor and found one for a great price at the Anthem location. My wife contacted them Sunday evening and Greg responded back to her and then we went and purchased it the next day, I couldn't be happier with the quality and price of the trailer and having Greg take care of the sale. It was all no hassle and fantastic service, thanks again guys.
