“Had our first experience with this office and so far from the first phone call to the first visit, it’s all been a really good experience so far. I first called to establish my child as a pt. Alyssa on the phone was absolutely wonderful. Super sweet and patient with all my questions. Helped explain the process for me and what to do. Highly recommend her! Had to come in for a sick visit and was seen that morning. They have two entrances - one for well kids and one for sick kids. The wait was not long at all to be put into a waiting room or to be seen by the Dr. I thought we’d get seen by a nurse or a PA but we got seen by Dr. Rosenthal. She was super sweet, funny and great with my child. Really helpful and patient and spent a good amount of time with us. We didn’t feel rushed at all. The only thing I thought could be better would be to make the waiting room and patient rooms a little more kid-friendly with something as simple as more wall decals. It would help the kids be more comfortable and less scared when they first get there. The waiting room was like an adult one - plain walls and nothing fun for them. The patient room we got was the same way (we did see one that had some decorations). My kid was looking forward to a themed room like her old Dr. Minor but just prepare your kids if it’s the first time. Overall though, Between all the staff that has answered the phone, been at the front, and the back office, good experience so far!”
