CLEANLINESS & VIRTUAL CONSULTATION: I have been seeing Dr. Van Dyke and MJ for about a year now. I was hesitant for a follow up with all the craziness regarding the pandemic and new measures for cleanliness and sterilization. The staff put my mind at ease with their new protocol. They came out to my car to walk me in for my appointment. I was the only one in the waiting area. The new procedure was explained to me. Everyone was to wear a mask (staff & patients), even in the procedure room. The only time my mask came off was when I showed Dr. Van Dyke my concerns and when I underwent the procedure. Dr. Van Dyke never took off her mask and had extra protection with her face shield. Gloves were worn. Everything was sterile, and smelled inviting. The sterile chain was never broken. When the treatment was completed, I was given a new mask. My whole time there was relaxing and comfortable. My concerns about a sterile environment and the precautions taken put my mind at ease. The office has always been clean but the new measures went beyond. It was very clear how much Dr. Van Dyke and her staff care about the well being of their patients.
My next appointment was a virtual consultation. I was hesitant as it was my first. Since it was a follow up I decided to try it and it saved me from driving from Chandler. It was great! The procedure of the call was explained. I was called ahead of time to say the doctor would be on the line in a few minutes. Very punctual, easy to see, & easy to hear. I will do it again if offered. Dr. Van Dyke and her team were amazing especially during these difficult Covid times. I just had some injection treatments done and all went well. The environment was clean, safe and all wore masks -- no concerns or hesitation on my part. Looking forward to going back for some facials!!!

Dr. Van Dyke and her team are such a welcoming and professional office. I have had a few laser treatments at this office over the past several years. The staff has gone over and above to follow current health and safety standards. The office screens patients thoroughly and has spread out appointments times so there are no other patients in the waiting area prior to treatment. As a patient I felt completely comfortable receiving treatment and am thrilled with the results!

I have known Dr. Susan VanDyke now, for over 25 years. She was back then, and continues to be, the VERY BEST in all phases of Aesthetic Dermatology!

Just went in for a Clear and Brilliant treatment. Office was clean and safe. Staff was kind. My provider Ronalda gave me a great treatment. I felt safe getting a treatment, staff wore masks and all areas where clean. Over all experience was safe and welcoming and treatment results are amazing.
