Dr Spies and all his staff were all so kind and they covered every detail so I knew what to expect before and after my breast explant surgery and lift. Anesthesia can be scary for a lot of people but I felt at ease and well taken care of by all the nurses and anesthesiologist. The recovery went great and I am SO happy with my results. He is an amazing surgeon and I highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with my results! Getting anything cosmetic done takes a lot of time and research to choose the right surgeon and I couldn't have picked better! I'm so grateful that Dr. Spies was not only thorough but incredibly detail oriented. I felt so comfortable going in for my procedure and my after care was wonderful, so many updates and reassurance for any questions you may have. His staff is warm and attentive and eased me through the entire process and are available at anytime. 10/10 very honest and does incredible work.

Dr. Spies is one of the best plastic surgeons in Arizona! I visited a few other plastic surgeons in Scottsdale and Phoenix area before visiting Dr. Spies. Many of those plastic surgeons loved to talk so highly of themselves and their work! One even boasted that he was a surgical artist blessed by God. Dr. Spies is the exact opposite! He does not brag about his abilities to promote his work, but he is both confident and highly knowledgeable and lets his amazing work do all the talking for him! This is what I liked the most about him! He is a very humble surgeon who has amazing surgical skills! My husband is in medicine and in the surgical field himself and he was very pleased with Dr. Spies work and the fantastic outcome!

His aftercare is just as amazing as his operation! About 3 weeks after my surgery, I got a cold with fever (not related to the surgery). Dr. Spies made sure to visit me at his office immediately (early in the morning) as we were going into a holiday weekend! He wanted to make sure everything was okay with me and my stiches! He is so caring and attentive to his patients throughout the recovery process! I have already recommended his work to several of my friends and family! I highly recommend him to whoever is looking for a great plastic surgeon!

Best surgeon ever and best decision I could have ever made going with Dr. Spies! He is talented, caring, meticulous, and truly produces works of art! Worth every penny and worth the wait. He spends time with you and listens to your needs, addresses any concerns you may have, and answers as many questions as you have and you are never rushed or made to feel like you’re a bother. He is genuine, sympathetic, and you can just tell he loves what he does and loves his patients. I’ve had two separate surgeries with him so far and have referred him to my girlfriends who went through the same invasive procedures and we all could not be happier with the results! My husband had to call him a couple days after my surgery because I had a pain question, which was on a Saturday night, on a holiday weekend when he was on vacation with his family, and Dr Spies had no problem speaking with my husband, was sweet as pie, and even told him to call back if we had any further questions. A humble, talented, kind hearted, A+++ physician.

BEST SURGEON EVER. I came here for a breast lift and augmentation. The entire staff are the nicest people you've ever met. My nurses made me feel comfortable. My anesthesiologist was amazing and made me feel very safe. The surgery center is GORGEOUS. Thought I was at a spa for a minute. So clean and pretty. And for the grand finale, the surgeon.... Dr. Spies. So professional, so informative and SO GOOD. I am 1 month post op and I couldn't be happier. Literally everyone has told me they have never seen a better breast augmentation before. I would post a picture right here and now if I could that's how thrilled I am with them. Couldn't recommend them more.
