Bought my Rav4 here in 2016 and get my oil changes/regular maintenance done here as well.
The service department has been great. I typically see Mike Moore and he has always been honest, up front, and good natured about my questions. I've never felt pressured into buying unnecessary services and I've never felt pressured into buying services earlier than I felt was necessary. I am always in and out quickly, even when I get more done than a quick oil change.
It is such a relief to not be afraid to get my car in for service and not be afraid of what I'm going to be pressured into when I get there. I no longer hesitate bringing my car to the dealership and that is such a great feeling! Thanks Mike!!
Exceptional service! I called to schedule an oil change thinking I would have to wait a few days but Todd got me in THAT DAY and at a time that worked for my schedule. I was in & out before I knew it. ???????? Thank you Todd!
