Suncrest Mobile Home Park I

My friend is a resident in that community. She assisted in hosting a retirement party for the manager. The only drawback was there is NO diversity of residents living in the community.

Was very clean and quiet. People I interacted with were kind, friendly,helpful. I hope to be moving there within a month or so. Just bought a home there. I can hardly wait to move in.

Some people aren't so friendly if you're not from or live in this park, but most are very nice people. From what I understand management is great! They do tend to stick with the people they like or know better. The park itself seems to be taken care of, no trash thrown about or anything. They also have a driver that drives around making sure everything is good and people are safe, not security, but security. I don't live here but I visit and that's how I got the information.
