  I used Paul Halmrast/Sunland Development for a new roof several years ago and was happy with them in every way. Needing another roof on a different house, I obviously was going to call them again, but also wanted to get a few other quotes from companies some of my friends had been happy with just to be sure. Paul responded to my phone call quickly, set up a timely appointment, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and again came in with the best price. Going forward, I will not waste my time calling any other roofing company. I want things done right and I know where to go. Thank you, Paul/Sunland.

  Paul from Sunland Development gave me a reasonable quote and followed through with everything he promised in a very efficient and professional manner. The crew members were prompt, reliable, friendly and extremely hard working. They picked up the work area and left the property neat and clean at the end of each day. Overall I was very satisfied.

  Paul was amazing and so is his company. They did a great job at a great price and it couldn't have gone better. He is a complete professional and his team were sensational at getting the job done quickly and on time (it was going to rain in the next few days). I couldn't be happier with the whole experience and with my roof repairs.

  We were so glad that we hired Sunland Development Corp for our roofing needs! Paul the Owner was very knowledgeable and addressed our problems and went above and beyond the original scope of work to ensure the job was done right. The crew was very professional and did an exceptional job! Cleanup was spotless! I cant say enough about this company!!! Thank You Sunland for all your hard work!!

  Paul sets the bar high...meaning that other roofing companies should take note. He was very helpful in helping me with my insurance adjuster after last month's hail storm. He stayed in touch on my claim's status and I had a new roof in one week! His crew were professional, on time and made short work (approx: 8 hours) of putting on a new roof, a new skylight and taking off and on the satellite dish AND when they left, both my front and back yards were cleaner than when they came. Paul also helped keep it on budget when a problem was discovered and took care of it too, You will be very glad you hired Sunland when you need a reliable and honest company for your next project.
