My son had lost one of the teeny tiny screws from a pair of glasses he has. We didn't even purchase them here, so I felt a little bad asking them if they could replace the screw. They immediately helped, fixed it. I offered to pay, knowing I'm not a client and that I free loaded. They wouldn't hear of it. I really appreciate their customer service, I can't imagine they treat their customers any less than I was, which was above and beyond.
This place has the right management team! A matter that started negative ended up being resolved as extremely positive. Mary Anne and her assistant, Robin are a great management team! Thank you for resolving our issues with extreme professionalism!
