  I really should've posted a review YEARS ago! Faith Cutrona is a such a passionate and caring provider!!! She has gone over and beyond for my family, including my kids, for over 8 years! I am now back in the medical field and see first hand how her peers respect her! She really is a provider that puts her patients' needs first!!

  A huge thank you to Choice Medical Peoria ladies for being awesome with my kids!! It was flu shot time and they were so kind and positive. They took a team approach and made my kids feel so special. I so appreciate all of you!!!!????

  Faith is fantastic!! She is caring, listens to your concerns, and is genuinely concerned for your well being. The entire office is friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this practice for your primary care needs!!
