  As first time home buyers it’s a little intimidating looking for homes. We had a couple bad scenarios with two other realtors which we won’t get into, but rest assured Brandon Howe at Howe Realty took care of us. He was very patient when it came to us being picky with finding our perfect first home. He recommended the perfect home inspector who looked at every detail, in Brandon’s words he said “I want you guys to get a perfect home, even if it means not buying a certain one because of the inspection”. All in all Brandon made our home purchase flawless. I would definitely recommend him.

  I found Howe Realty/Brandon on line and due to their high ratings, took a leap of faith to hire their real estate agency to sell my Peoria home. Brandon and his team were knowledgeable, responsible and extremely well-versed on the Phoenix/Peoria marketplace. Brandon went well beyond expectations for a realtor. Since I am out of state he and his team took the time to stage the house, assisting with locating or taking care of other matters you can’t handle from a long distance as well as answering all questions quickly and professionally throughout the whole process. We had three offers within approx 45 days Brandon got the job done. I would refer and work with Brandon again in the future. I highly recommend Howe Realty to sell or buy a home.

  My husband and I are very thankful for finding Howe Realty. Being from out of state, we were unfamiliar with all the different suburbs of Phoenix. Brandon was VERY patient when helping us pick a good location that would be close to family and work. He was readily available at all times of the day and wanted to make sure we ended up in the right home for our family. His entire team was very helpful throughout the process of buying our home.   I actually found Brandon on Google and chose him based on his personality from the 3 realtors that called me back. Brandon is a local guy with a casual professionalism and expert knowledge of the area. He gave me access to his amazing website to search and find "my style" and then we targeted homes that interested me. I made one trip to Arizona and had 4 viewings conveniently scheduled the same day, so that I didn't even have to spend the night. I was able to make a decision on the drive home and Brandon's team did the rest of the work. I was on a time crunch and was able to close in under a month on a home I love! Brandon was even able to negotiate down my purchase price, which helped me to pay for some upgrades. Special thanks also to Jill for all of the coordination. If you want a straightforward deal working with great people, then I definitely recommend Brandon's Team!
