I can't thank Cara McMicken enough for her knowledge, time and help yesterday! We were under a time crunch and she took the time to seek out supplies and gather materials to complete our remodel when everyone else said 6 plus weeks or longer. So professional and helpful. Standard truly has an exemplary employee that is such a positive representation of committment to customer service. THANK YOU again Cara! You are a lifesaver and soooo appreciated! Soooo, I wanted to add on to this post so that I could once again thank Cara. When installing the products purchased it was determined that the supplier omitted a crucial part for our shower. Like the pro that she is, Cara chased one down and is having it shipped. Cara for the WIN 🏆 with customer service. Can't thank her enough. Such a exemplary example of Standard Pluming!

Good supply of plumbing items and very helpful staff. I was looking for a specialty item that they do not stock but we're willing to order. Browsing around the store, I saw that were very well stocked and had a nice selection of plumbing items

Awesome supplies and found everything we needed. Nice Folks and open on Saturday until 2. Helped several times already.
