This is the luxury hotel of self-storage, but reasonably priced. It’s also one of the only storage places in Tucson where a full-sized 72-foot moving van/tractor trailer can pull in and offload, which is why I chose it to store my household items from CT while house-hunting and remodeling here in Tucson. The managers Joel and Pete are very helpful and nice. The place is well lighted and spotless, and carts are plentiful enough that I haven’t had to wait for one. They carry most basic moving supplies in the store and also offer water to clients. The bathrooms are spotless, and all pandemic protocols are observed. It’s great choice for storage.

By far the best! We rented space in this facility to declutter and prepare our home for sale and an eventual move. We were able to rent the space online and get access on our schedule. As soon as my payment cleared online, I was granted access and moved right in! The facility is immaculately kept, plenty of dolly carts are available to grab, and the staff is extremely helpful. From the outside, the facility looks like a regular office building rather than an ugly storage lot, which helps to maintain the character of Oro Valley.

From check-in until unloading, this place gave top-notch experience. Pete was so personable, like I was family. The facility is kept very clean. The drive is quite a distance from my home but well worth it. Best storage I've had hands down.

Joel was 100% accommodating and was nothing short of courteous and professional. The transaction was efficient and super easy. The process was smooth as could be. The facility is top tier, I definitely feel like the climate and security of the facility is optimum. You definitely get bang for your buck and on top of that the customer service and access is unbeatable.

Great storage space, clean and climate controlled. I had a unit right by an exit which allowed for quick access with large furniture.
I like the attention to details such as shallow ramps in places to allow you to easily roll in and out of the space.
The service staff, especially Pete have been exceptional. They are helpful and informative.
If there is one suggestion that I could make is to have a greater variety of furniture moving equipment such as furniture dollies, appliance dollies, and a greater variety of boxes on hand, such as TV boxes.
Other than that, it has been a great experience with Life Storage.
