(December 4, 2019, 3:58 pm)My beloved 2012 MacBook Pro was damaged by a spill accident from my toddler. I have a lot of writing, photos, and music stored on my computer, and I use it for freelance work, so I was pretty devastated. Reese answered my tearful call and told me to bring it in right away. They took my computer apart, recovered the data, and gave me lots of information and options for a replacement, including a refurbished 2012 and 2016. I ended up purchasing a new MacBook Pro with an eye to it lasting as long as my 2012 did (and it would've kept going had the spill not happened!). They said the data recovery would take 2-3 days but everything was ready the next day, which was super helpful for me to meet a work deadline. They were helpful, friendly, remembered my name, and gave me tons of information and deals to help me with the unexpected expense. On top of that, they were able to see me faster than an Apple Store Genius Bar would've and their store was much calmer and less hectic too. Highly recommend them for Apple needs and will be using them again next time I need help with my Apple products (and will be avoiding having drinks near my computer from now on!)

I made an appointment but showed up way early, they got me taken care of as soon as I walked in. And I didnt have to enter a mall! MacMedia has a new customer.

(September 18, 2019, 1:41 am)This particular store goes above and beyond, and is the place I always come to for any of my Apple needs even though it's not the location closest to me. 100% worth the drive. The customer service can't be beat, & made my expirence so easy, all of the employees that helped me have really restored my faith in humans. I will be back!!! Thank you all!!!

(August 21, 2019, 12:39 pm)10/10 Recommend MacMedia for anything Apple. Reese and the guys over at the Peoria location are great. Not only did they save my laptop, but they also came out and helped jumpstart my truck in 115 degree heat after walking out of their store to a dead battery.

(May 10, 2019, 8:23 pm)The workers there are very nice and I was helped quickly and efficiently. A nice chill place and way better than going to a crazy Apple store. I would recommend taking your electronics here they explain everything great as well.
