I wanna give my rating experience that I had at Peoria Kia. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. I drove 2 hours and was greeted with the most professional and nice staff. More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Joe. Joe was very professional and explained how the process of buy my car will be and explained to be about all the detailed I need to know about my car. After Joe introduced me the car, he showed me how to use the screen and helped me with all the features in the car. They are the best around with affordable prices I just bought my second car from them on Monday. The office and staff are always clean and professional. They have great deals and will work with u to get u in a new car. Every encounter I have had have been great. And they wash your car for free when u get serviced. They also have a package where u can get free service for like 5 years or something. And their warranty is worth going alone. And I love how they treat u like family it's not all serious. They will make u smile.
Go see Joseph Hall, dudes out here feeding a family with this job. He is experienced. Considerate. Expeditious. Self aware. And doesn't talk about himself the whole process... and he can sell you anything from Earnhardt in the valley, any dealer. Don't mess with some of the snakes out there and call Joseph.
We just bought our 4th vehicle since moving here 8 months ago (my wife, mine and a company car... then we hated what we bought my wife and needed to upgrade).
The process was an absolute mess. Arizona dealers have zero integrity. I cannot believe the games they play, surprises at the end. Markups. It has been an absolute nightmare for us every step of the way.
We were deflated by this experience and just wanted to give up. The car we had was "fine" and maybe that was a sign for us, just keep it. It was newer. It was a premium trim but it was a little small.
We finally found something we liked in Peoria, catch is we are an hour away and it's 5pm. My wife called and laid it out. "That's the price. No games? This isn't a lemon buyback? You aren't going to pad interest?" Nope... so we made the treck.
When you walk in, it's a car dealer like you've never seen. From the weird speaker in the corner, to the strange tiny showroom/office... but honestly who cares. I don't need all the glitter. I need a car for a fair price. Dealers in Arizona entirely pad your "trade value" with the tax savings you get for the trade deficit... so that's a little wonky but that's our experience everywhere....
End of the day, we were out in under 2 hours with no paperwork handled ahead of time. This included trade appraisal, test drive, me eating all their popcorn.... and driving away.
We had our family of 5 there and they made sure we were comfortable the whole time. The finance process was easy. They didn't fight me. They took a check easily for neg equity ect.
This dealer is wonky but they are real good people.
It's a tough time to buy a car. However, Chuck (General Manager) and Ashely (Sales Associate) made this a really enjoyable experience. Chuck spent time explaining the options we had when considering regular gas vs. hybrid vs. plug-in hybrid and helped us make the decision that was best for our situation.
Ashely was by our side during every step of the process and has reached out several times to make sure she addressed any questions or concerns we had about our vehicle.
This is our fourth Kia and we love the brand and the product and Peoria Kia is now our go-to dealership! Great customer service and amazing buying experience!
