(March 2, 2022, 1:25 am)Nice well kept property. Front office staff is always willing to help and extremely nice people. Family owned and managed. The entire family is great and they keep rent quite a bit lower than all the other parks even those with similar amenities. Highly Recommend this property to live at if you can find an available home.
(February 6, 2022, 1:59 pm)The lots are very close together, but if you have a preponderance of beautiful people there, it's not a problem. The Clubhouse/Common areas looked nice.
(June 3, 2021, 12:49 am)Nice small park, age restricted, 55+. Interesting mix of residents, nice & friendly. Managers related to owners so there is the incentive to keep up with maintenance 🙂. Lot rent is commensurate with facilities. Clean, quiet, low stress living for normal oldsters.
