After suffering with TMJ, migraines, neck pain, and facial pain for over a decade, I have finally found my MIRACLE WORKER!
    Dr. Bill Costaras is amazing!!
His intelligence, knowledge, and genuine patient care were obvious from my very first visit with him.
I have chronic pain and see him often. He listens, and cares. I am so grateful for him!
I spent (wasted) over 8 years at a Scottsdale physician with NO RESOLUTION and tons of unnecessary out of pocket expenses.
Thank you Dr. Costaras for helping me feel so much better in the last 6 months than I have in over 10 months....You are MY HERO!

After reading reviews for this place on Yelp I was to say the least a little nervous about going today. Yelp you need help, your reviews were all wrong. Everyone was very pleasant, they actually listened to me. How many people in any field of health care do that anymore. They explained what was going on, had typed out sheets for me to do the exercises they recommended, even one for my chiropractor to help me also, should he choose. The lovely blond woman (sorry I am bad with names) asked me questions about getting headaches. After they told me the price of the appliances I forgot to tell her, "I now have a headache" ;) The prices are overwhelmingly high - twice what my dentist who referred me to them said they will be (she'll be hearing from me tomorrow, and told to get her facts straight). They do have a payment plan, don't know what it is yet, but it's the only way I can pay for only one of the appliances. I have to stop the money bleed somewhere and it stops here. The night guard is the most important and for right now is all I am getting. If I have a money tree suddenly sprout, then that would help. Right now I'm struggling to buy food and gas. Got to have my priorities in order.
