The school has a family atmosphere where the instructors are very encouraging, knowledgeable and approachable. The training is comprehensive and will advance any student's knowledge and physical ability . Students practice and learn, kicking, punching, forms, self defense techniques and traditional martial arts weapons. We have made life long friends here.
