  Hard to reach manager grounds nice due to residents personal property. Close to bus line, close to laundry faciu walgreens

  Nice. Clean. Supposed to be 55+ but not exactly. Still watch the speed in the park. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

  I moved into this park in 2011 they have steadily improved the place since then. And if you listen to the one-star reviews you will not get an accurate picture. if Gail the manager was yelling at you in the parking lot is because you were probably going 25 miles per hour in a 10 mile per hour speed zone.(you have people walking their dogs Etc there's no reason to be going 25 miles per hour through a senior Park just common sense for most people.)

  My husband and I visited the Estates and stayed at our friends home.We liked it so much we bought a mobile home.We are from Wisconsin and could not be there as much as we had hoped and had to sell our home.For the year we owned we were treated so nice from Gail and her husband the managers.They went out of their way to make us feel welcome.They have kept everything clean and worked very hard to please everyone.From birthday cakes once a month to donuts and coffee you name it Gail had it.We will miss Gail as she was not only the manager she became our friend.Treat them with kindness and you will see what i'm talking about.Good place to live.

  Manager did background on me and I passed with flying colors.. she welcomed me like I was family... She let me know from the beginning. To respect the rules and the people in the park and my stay here would be awesome. But certain people don't like the rules. And therefore run into problems it's their own fault.. no room for trouble makers
