Ordered some H&R DRA spacers from Pro Parts USA. With the online coupons and promotion, was almost as cheap as the overseas forged spacers that have a good rep, but shipping from the US was leagues faster and I wanted them before an upcoming road trip. The morning after placing a late night order, I got a call from Jeff to let me know that I had ordered one set of spacers in black and the other silver, and that he could ship me an all silver set of the same model. This means they check orders before they go out, and ensure that customers needs are met, even when the customer makes mistakes. Kudos to Jeff and Pro Parts USA for going above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Let me tell you an adventure story about this place! July I ordered... End of September, I received.
So I'm shopping for parts for a vehicle no longer in production, my Saab 9-3, when I see a deal on what I'm looking for. I place my order and I'm really excited. Then the email comes, Mike, we've looked over the product you've ordered and it's a return item that has a defect. Now, some people might get mad at this point but, the email goes on to say, since it's defective, we are ordering you a brand new one from the manufacturer because of the rarity, none are left in the US. To clarify, this means, Propartsusa.com had return stock they placed on sale and we're going to sell it to me. Something very common in business. The fact they ordered me a brand new one and honored the price of a new/used part shows honor that will keep me as a customer for years to come. Now if that wasn't enough the customer service I've received since then has been impeccable. Communication galore! Emails and response to emails immediately when I ask anything. Then on top of all that, they used an app that tracked my shipping that everyone that orders anything should have on their phone. All around from beginning to end, even in the face of adversity, this company performed. It been the most pleasurable two and a half month wait for something I've ever had. ProParts are always great to deal with. They've been in the game a long time- they are not one of those shops that pops up on ebay and then disappears. These guys have ALWAYS had excellent customer service and are easy and friendly to deal with, both when the order goes wrong or right. That's the real test. I've been a customer for over 10 years and they are consistently good. Can't say that about too many places. Love these guys.

Excellent service, professional staffs helped me to choose the right parts needed for my vehicle, to replacing stock wheels with aftermarket wheels.
Shipping was lightning fast, ordered on Wednesday afternoon and I got my wheels' spacers and bolts at noon on Friday.
