I have had nothing but excellent care at Southwest Kidney. From the reception staff to interactions with doctors, I have experienced respectful, compassionate care.
I have been a patient of SWK for many years. i am extremely happy with my Doctor and previous Doctors, but also the office staff, the phone support people are always helpful and get things done. My PA and the NP are wonderful. The facilities are clean and comfortable. An all around, well run operation.
MY GRANDFATHER HAS BEEN GOING HERE FOR MANY YEARS DATING BACK TO THEIR OLD BUILDING AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS OTHER THAN IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT YOU BETTER KEEP IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LOT OF PATIENTS WHO GO THERE AND TRUST ME THEY ALL GO THERE BECAUSE OF HOW FAST AND FRIENDLY THE STAFF IS AND THE NEW BUILDING IS VERY NICE,CLEAN,MODERN AND IN A VERY SAFE AREA. THE DOCTORS ARE ALL EXPERTS IN THEIR FIELDS AND ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE, THERE ARE SOME VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE WORKING HERE,
