I have been using a metal fire pan for years which works great but is a lot to lug around. Your service excellence up to this point has been amazing. (May 20, 2020, 4:58 pm)I bought a pop up fire pit, and after using it for five years in Texas, Colorado, Oregon, and even Japan, I finally had to replace the mesh and heat guard. But $30 for a 2-pack is amazing. Awesome product, you definitely have a loyal customer. Keep up the good work!

(May 9, 2020, 11:58 pm)Great fire pit. Used it the night I got it. It’s all I wanted it to be. My husband was skeptical, but after we used it , he was sold on it. Love the easy clean up.
We used it on out Patio and it was wonderful.
Very little ashes. -

Tip- purchase a spare fire mesh and place it over the top of the embers when you retire for the evening, no sparks can get out even in high winds! Fire will still burn completely out. -

(April 20, 2020, 8:28 am)Great product! Well made, easy to put together and clean! And, awesome customer service!!! After our first order of the fire pit, grill, and gloves we decided to order the ember mat as well. When I checked on line is was out of stock. I emailed asking when there would be more and with in an hour had a response that they were now available again. So I ordered one. I forgot to enter in my discount coupon on my order, and wasn't sure if it would have been applied given that the mat was already on sale. I sent an email to ask, and with in 5 min had a response that my account had been credited. We were impressed with the prompt reply and service x 2!
