“Listen to me. I have never had such a pleasant experience at any store in my life. Hailey was amazing. The two girls both greeted me before the door closed behind me. I was thinking, this can't be real. I even asked them if it was a recording, but it was them. They made me feel so welcome, they handled my router return in record speed, Hailey was polite, we joked a bit, lots of smiles, and my needs were met and exceeded. I just moved here and the UPS store I came from was a nightmare, I hated having to go there. (Union city, CA, I'm talking to you!). I do a lot of UPS for work and would intentionally go to drop off access points so I didn't have to deal with the ladies in that store. Now I can't wait to go back and visit the girls in this store. Happy to have found a good spot. It's been hard to find decent employees, and I'd be glad to employ these girls. They're both absolutely top notch👌🏻 If y'all don't give Hailey and her co-worker a raise I might swoop in and steal them🤪 I kid, I kid, sort of😏 Hailey, thanks for handling my comcast router🙏🏻”

“As a child, I had orthodontia treatment. Later in life my teeth shifted and I just did not want to go trough the process again. Years later and I had children of my own and I could see they need to have some treatment as well. I did an interview process of seeing several doctors and came across Dr. Harnett. I was very impressed from the start because I told him of my concerns of my results and I did not want my children to have the same issues. He actually noted my concerns and explained in advance what his plan was for their treatment. My daughter was the first to start treatment. Her teeth were certainly a challenge and she had concerns but Dr. Harnett worked hard to give her a truly million dollar smile. My son started about a year after his sister. His teeth were not as much of a challenge, but the results were as great as my daughter’s. Needless to say, Dr. Harnett and his staff were absolutely awesome. Through the years my children came to see them as family not just doctors or staff. They truly worked hard to make our time with them very pleasant and professional. As a proud father I often compare my children’s results with other children who have had treatment and see the difference. I truly have had other parent’s say they would have preferred to have gone to Dr. Harnett over their doctor and compliment their teeth. One last point, in the end my children thanked not only Dr. Harnett, but me for taking then there. When you get a thank you from your children like that, it just says it all. Would I recommend Dr. Harnett and his staff? Absolutely!”
