“We would like to thank and commend your manager Mr. Ernie Moreno for his help and patience in helping us solve a delivery problem from another Ferguson store. We waited all day Friday for the delivery of a cast iron tub for our second floor bathroom remodel and it didn't come. The plumbers were going to come on Monday to install it and we had had to wait for an opening from them. By Saturday I was very upset that if we couldn't find the tub, we would be too late for the plumbers. We went to the nearest Ferguson location and Ernie was doing a Sat. rotation at this store where he doesn't usually work. Even though I was upset he treated us respectfully and then went above and beyond, to solve the problem which he had no part in creating. He managed to find the tub and get it delivered in time for the plumbers. Our bathroom is all done and we are very happy with the beautiful tub.”

“Absolutely amazing! I had work done in Colorado and two days later my crown was already cracked. I came in to the Smile Institute and she fixed it all, so much better than before! “Our son had a terrible accident while playing basketball, a huge trauma to his mouth, lips, gum & 3 front teeth (pushed back) Dr. Tovar not only saw him that same day (within 2hrs of the accident), but immediately showed sympathy & sincere care for him. He worked on relieving the trauma, aligned his teeth, recommended future care & provided him with instructions on how to reassure proper healing at home. 3 days later our son has showed almost complete recuperation. When we relocated to Vistancia it was important that we found a dentist for our family that would be extremely skilled and have compassion for those who have fears. Dr. Cooke and his staff have been our dentists for the past year and we feel very fortunate to have found them. Brianna is the very best Dental Hygienist I've ever had. She is gentle, caring and personable. She truly cares about my needs, not just getting her job done. I now look forward to my cleanings! I recently needed a crown (my first ever) and was terrified. I'm happy to share that every aspect of the crown preparation and permanent placement was smooth and with minimal discomfort. Dr. Cook listened to my concerns and prescribed for me an anti-anxiety medication to take just prior to my appointment. “I'm not gonna sugar-coat it (because sugar ain't the best for teeth, #irony), but also because I tell it like it is. This place makes going to the dentist something, not only nonthreatening, but contrarily something to excitedly await. The staff are remarkable people. Always smiling and laughing and ATTENTIVE. I rarely use all-caps, but the fact that a staff in any medical facility is genuinely concerned with your comfort level and well-being needs to be emphasized. Dr. (Shylah) Gabriel is a magician with the tools of the trade. I've needed some fairly extensive work done thus far and she's so devoted to making sure that the patient is pain/stress-free. I always find it funny because she does regular checks when giving shots for the numbing agent, and I've NEVER felt a shot from her....EVER; not even the first/initial shot. (I usually need some extra shots for my toofs, but even on the third shot in, she's always making sure everything is okay) If there's any downside to a visit (and this is not a downside), it's that at some point during the visit you'll probably find yourself laughing out loud with Shylah or one of her associates and this laughter might delay your visit a couple minutes (told you it wasn't an actual downside). This is not the dentist appointment that frightened people far and wide 30 years ago; it's like going to hang out with friends who just so happen to be REALLY good at dentistry. I cannot thank Shylah enough for her skills, attention to detail, and stellar chairside manner. Dental work is never fun, but a visit to Posh will clearly bend, if not reverse, that perception. It's my plan to move out of Arizona in the near future and one of the only reasons I will return will be for the awesomeness of the Posh staff and Dr. Gabriel. Do yourself a favor and make them your next dental visit. If someone were to offer you an awesome DMV equivalent that had music, laughs, no lines, or frustration, wouldn't you go check out that DMV (MVD in AZ)? Yes, of course you would. ;)”

“Absolutely phenomenal experience, highly recommend this office. Dr. Prost and Nancy were exceptionally helpful. I had a painful broken tooth and when I called, Venessa got me in as soon as possible. I didn't have my dental insurance information handy so Nancy researched my insurance and providing me with options. Unfortunately my obscure insurance plan wouldn't work. Nancy insisted I still meet with Dr. Prost for a consultation at no cost. Dr. Prost examined my broken tooth and offered to file the sharp edges to relieve my pain. Dr. Prost did a great job in just moments. I was reluctant to accept their offer feeling I had already taken to much of their time, glad I did though. Nancy took a few moments to explain to me Dr. Prost's work in the neighborhood and community, offering special programs to those truly in need of services, very impressive.
