“My brother is a down syndrome male of 65 years old, he refused to wear his hearing aids that we purchased from Biltmore Ears Nose and Throat in Phoenix. We went to Emery Hearing Center and met with Lyndsey Buchanan. She took great care of my brother and found that his hearing aids were not loud enough so they were acting more like "ear plug" rather than hearing aids. She cleaned them, turned them up and instructed my brother on how to take care of them. Wow! He was a new man on the way home: singing to songs on the radio and answering all my questions with more than a smile and a nod. I so appreciate the time and care Lyndsey took with us. Now the $4000 hearing aids are being used again.”

“Dr. Ali mojaverian has saved my life. I was rushed to the hospital last month for blood clots in my lungs, the ER doctor talked to me about several treatments, I picked the one that needs time to make an improvment and i insisted not to have another quick treatment. Next day, doctor mojaverian came to my room and explained what will happen if I wait and not to do the catheter treatment, I refused to do it but he insisted and spent long time in my room trying to convinse me, and he successed, if I was late for another day, I would die as the clots were huge. He is proffesional, polite, respect the privecy of his patient, and he is the best when trying to convince me. I have an appointment with him in few days and I hope everything will be alright. Wish me luck.”
