“My employee assistance program gave me the phone number to this office and when I called and mentioned that EAP gave me the number the lady said oh we don’t take that. I stated I just called my EAP and they JUST gave me the number. She put me on hold to “check” then came back and said oh ok we do take that. I give my counselor 5 stars but the front office needs a little training and possibly learn to check what they take before they straight out say they don’t take something. I did make a follow up appointment.”
