Prices are a bit higher than east side shops but it’s not enough to prevent me from shopping here. Purely based on customer services they are top notch. “Great company and great service. Always show up when they say they will and always put down delta dust at every egress. Very thorough with they’re work and it’s usually Shawn’s brother that shows up, every time. I have used them for 3.5 yrs and never a new face. Very trustworthy as I’ve never needed to escort them through the property or inside the house. As a person that is a native of AZ, I can attest the delta dust stops crickets and scorpions. These guys are one of the only ones that use it and they use liberal amounts! It’s white powder that they put at the corners of the entrance points in the home. It’s not pretty but it keeps you from having to take a toddler at 1am to the emergency room for a scorpion sting. Trust me these guys know their stuff, this is what they do! Scorpions are no joke! Thank you for everything Shawn! The wife convinced me to move to a small farm town in Iowa, in exchange for my own ride on lawn mower and all the snow I could want! Plus, they have sodas, lemonades and sparkling water blends galore to choose from (example: Skinny Babe soda is diet coke, sugar free coconut, and lime). They have organic, fair trade tea and coffee and their website says they work with local dairy suppliers and bakeries so you have the option for baked goods, acai bowls, shakes, lemonades, coffee freezers of various flavors, and more. The menu has so many choices you might want to check the website and order online so you can skip the line! The shop has an open concept and a restaurant glass overhead garage door that they open to the patio, which provides a great way to merge the indoor and outdoor dining experience into one.”
