“I texted Trevor at 1st Airco when my 3 year old a/c unit stopped working. He texted back within a few minutes, and came out the next day to take a look. Of the half dozen places I contacted, including the original installer when the house was built, Trevor was by far the quickest and easiest to communicate with. He fixed our a/c, corrected some problems caused by the original install, and spent many hours with the manufacturer tracking down the source of our problems. I would consider him the most experienced tech out there now for the systems installed in The Meadows. Him and all his techs I met were excellent from start to finish. Thank you!!!”

If they write so positive with one review only about a business I get suspicious and start asking myself whether they could be fake. Probably they are friends/family or even paid trolls doing them a favour. However, on the other end, if they write very negative about a business I believe they are from competitors trying to kick them out of services or at least trying to give them a bad image. I had a good experience with Single Source Plumbing despite they could not solve our problem as it went beyond plumbing. However, they still were friendly and helpful so that I would call them again if I have plumbing problem.”
