A great experience from A to Z. Very pleased with my hearing aids!
Tina and her team provide excellent service. I can always reach the office by phone or by email. She has handled the testing of my ears and helped me with the programming and maintenance of my devices. When something went awry with my hearing aids, she worked with the company to secure another pair with minimal out of pocket cost to me. If you need assistance with your ears and hearing in the Valley, you should go to Exceptional Hearing Care!
Felt it was a very professional and knowledgeable testing. Did a great job of explaining what would happen ahead of test and then again after with test results and what exactly they meant. Did not feel that sole purpose, unlike some places, was to "sell those hearing aids!" Would definitely recommend this office to others and plan to return myself for yearly testing to track my hearing loss.
Tina is a kind, gracious woman who excels in her career. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me handouts to take home. She showed me several types of hearing aids and explained the pros and cons of each. She was available for questions by phone and if I had to leave a message, she responded the same day. She also asked for follow up information as to how the hearing aids were working for me. Thank you, Tina.
Exceptional Hearing is the best place to go To help with hearing problems. Tina is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. She has helped me by fitting me with the best device. She taught me how to insert the hearing aids and how to adjust them when needed. The staff is genuinely concerned about helping also.
