His training, dedication, discipline and love for his clients is something you won't get at any other gym. He genuinely cares for his clients health, and well being. He is a great source of information on life style when it comes to eating and exercise. If you follow his plan you WILL see results. Great place to work out!!! We don't live close to his gym but we make the trip to train with him, its WORTH IT!!!! Now our whole family works out at Body by Design!!!

He is great at working with the fit and the unfit! He made a beginner like me feel comfortable. He is also great at working around injuries. I would highly recommend this gym!

(August 17, 2018, 1:22 am)Love...Love...Love working out at Body By Design!!! Our personal trainer Carlos Monge mixes up our workouts, focusing on all the right muscle groups . It’s a fun place to workout, everyone is friendly and the newly remodeled gym is awesome. After just two weeks I felt amazing and energized and now never want to miss another workout. I look forward to the days that I am going to the gym!!! The flexible class times fit well with my busy work schedule.

He has consistently helped me accomplish my fitness and nutrition goals by pushing me out of my comfort zone and holding me accountable. He's beyond knowledgeable, strives for longevity, and genuinely cares about the health and well-being of each client. The new training studio is awesome! If you're in the market for a trainer, I highly recommend Carlos!

The unique structure (group personal fitness) means you get specialized attention with awesome people who become your friends as well. This is idiot proof training; just show up and Carlos has a well thought out workout that ensures you work all muscle groups each week. There are lots of class times available. Carlos is a wonderful human who is very committed to his clients and business. You MUST try this place!
