I absolutely LOVE Express Mie! The classes are fun, comfortable, and unique. All the instructors are amazing, friendly, and helpful. I definitely look forward to going to class every week. I highly recommend classes to anyone that is looking for a fun and different way to get exercise, gain confidence, have a good time with good people, and dance!

So excited to start my Express Mie journey. What a great place for ALL women to feel confident. It is a must try for any body type.

I came here for some of Jasmine's classes. She is an amazing pole teacher. She is down to earth and really wants to see you succeed. She is very patient and will encourage every lady in the class to reach their potential.
The studio is nice too as they have more poles in this studio than their Chandler location. In this studio, I think they have about 6 poles (?) vs the one in Chandler only has 4.

I signed up at that Ahwatukee location. It was my first time ever doing pole dancing. The ladies were very welcoming and my instructor, Jasmine, was attentive. This is one of the rare places where women support and encourage each other. I had a great time and enjoyed attempting to do the moves. I am looking forward to my next class!
