  I recently threw out my back. It was the first time I had done so. I was in a lot of pain. I did some research and read countless reviews. I decided to come see Dr. Picarello, and I am so glad I did! He was very accommodating and patient. He was able to explain the process simply so I could understand. He did not rush right into adjustments either. He had me do a series of ice and heat for a weekend as well as sent me for xrays so he could see everything before adjusting. He has continued my treatment and I wont go anywhere else now or in the future.
  
  Aside from Dr. Picarello is his staff. Ali & Stephanie are AMAZING!! They take the time to get to know you as a person, not as a patient. They are vibrant and always smiling. The conversations I have had with them range from kids movies to vacations to family. They are wonderful young women.
  
  If you are looking for a trustworthy, honest, and comfortable doctor, look no further. I look forward to my appointments each time. Which is different for a person that doesnt easily trust or like to visit doctors.

  Been a customer for 18yrs. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Picarello is the best and always has a friendly staff. Feel better everytime I leave.

  Had a good experience as a new patient, the doc was very attentive and listened as did his staff. I have to return for follow up and treatment but feel good about being able to get my problems under control. Thanks for a great first visit Dr. Picarello and staff!

  I have been seeing Dr. Picarello for several years now along with his professional staff! I appreciate that they provide additional therapies like ultrasound and massage. They are a no frills office who desire to provide great care to their patients is always evident!

  A great experience. I never knew my back could crack so much until an exercise injury brought me in. I was already feeling better after the first hands on treatment and subsequent sessions were every bit as effective as the last. The doctor and staff are very professional and nice. I would recommend this place to any body.
